Lisa is an aeronautical engineer who served 18 years in the Royal Air Force. On leaving the service Lisa worked for INGOs across Africa and then spent 2 years in India growing an Indian-government funded technology business incubator.

On her return to the UK Lisa worked in strategy to increase the amount of giving from the UK millionaire population. She joined the Academy in September 2021 as Senior Manager, Entrepreneurship for Development.
