Marius was in charge with the implementation of Romanian Innovation funding program and development of new innovation policies and funding instruments(e.g. Innovation Vouchers, Support of High-tech Export, Development of new products, technologies and services, EUREKA and EUROSTARTS programs). Marius also acts as adviser for National Councils for structuring Innovation funding programs, identification of stakeholders, activities, outputs, and expected outcomes. His main activity is to design and oversee innovation funding instruments by identification of European best practices and tools regarding SMEs oriented programs.
